Kiwi Cream Ingredients

  • 4-5 ripe kiwis
  • Half a liter of liquid yogurt
  • Natural sweetener to taste
  • thickening ingredient.

What thickener we can use from other fruits (with banana and apple it is incredible)or other alternatives.

  • My recomendation healthy and only with Kiwi are oat flakes.
  • My recomendation not so healthy and only with Kiwi it is a teaspoon of honey.


  1. As you can see, the elaboration is really not very complicated. Peel the kiwis and in a pot over medium heat pour the fruit together with the liquid yogurtover very low heat, just so that it catches a little temperature.
  2. Once I catch heat add the thickening ingredient next to the natural sweetener, and wait a few minutes for it to thicken little by little.
  3. once the yogurt has lost some of its "liquid"pass the result to glass blenderand beat the result at maximum speed. Thanks to that heat that we gave it for a few minutes, it is not like a smoothie, but as an exquisite sauce/cream.

As a final recommendation, I have tried both waysboth crushing the kiwis before heating them, and now that I have described that I add them directly to the pot. Sincerely and from my experience, and the result remains the same. If we add other fruitsyes, I recommend crushing them before.


  • 4-5 ripe kiwis

What thickener in this case I recommend using only a little oatmeal.


  1. Peel and partially crush the kiwis. The same with the apple, although in this case I recommend leaving the skin on it, since it adds fiber to the cream, and it is a little thicker.
  2. We heat the liquid yogurt in a saucepan over very low heatand add the fruits together with the sweetener and the oatmeal.
  3. Once warm for a few minutes, beat the mixture in a blender until the desired texture is achieved.
