  • 4 kiwis
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour.
  • 1 sachet of yeast.
  • 50 ml of skimmed milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Natural sweetener to taste.

Preparation

  1. First of all, we must prepare a container to be able to crush everything with the help of a hand blender.

  3. Next, we will place the flour and milk in the container. We will proceed to grind everything with a lot of patience. It is important that there is a homogeneous mass, neither too liquid nor too thick. If we see that we need to add more moisture we can add more milk and if we need more thickness we will add flour.
  4. Once we have the dough ready, what we will do is add the yeast and the natural sweetener and we will finish mixing.
  5. At this point we will prepare a frying pan with oil and we will put it very hot.
  6. We will beat an egg and we will make balls with the dough, we will dip them in the egg and we will put them in the oil of the frying pan to fry them. We will take them out when they have a golden texture and we will put them on a plate in which we will have previously put absorbent paper.
  7. We will wait for about fifteen minutes and we can now serve this delicious dessert to all the guests.
