  • kiwis
  • greek yogurt
  • Agave Syrup
  • Dark chocolate (without sugar)
  • Coconut oil
  • grated coconut
  • Ripe banana

Preparation

  1. With our trusty mixer, we mix the kiwi, banana, yogurt and syrup, until you get one good mixbut not homogeneous. We use magnum ice cream molds, and freeze them for about 4-5 hours. It all depends on the freezer power.
  2. We use fire, or microwave to melt the coconut oil and chocolateand using a spoon or any other tool, we decorate the already frozen ice cream and wait for it to dry. Before it solidifies chocolate mixture, sprinkle the grated roll.

Really simple to prepare, and some kiwi ice creams that we won't get tired of eating every week.
