KIWI IN SYRUP ▷ Without Sugar or Preservatives【 2022 】

Many times we have to retract eating fruit in syrup because of the blissful sugar. Many brands abuse of it, and whether we have a personalized diet or not. It is time to change, and start preparing at home our own fruit in syrupthat, in this case, we will go straight for the Kiwi in syrup.

  • 1 kilo of kiwis
  • 1 liter of water
  • Natural Sweetener (to taste)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)(minimum 1 lemon)


  1. Peel and cut the kiwis into pieces. We squeeze the lemons that we are going to use.
  2. In a separate pot we will prepare the syrup. We add the natural sweetener, water, and boil for about 25-30 minutes, it depends on the intensity of the fire.
  3. Pour the kiwi pieces into the pot and the lemon juice. We have to let it boil 5-10 minuteswithout getting burned.
  4. Finally we remove and pack the kiwifruit in jars, preferably glass (for better cooling). We cover them with the syrup from the same boiled pot, and sterilize in a water bathfor a maximum of 30 more minutes.

It is a recipe in itself that we can consume, or we can use them in other cold recipes, such as Kiwi Tarts or Smoothies.
