  • 2 Kiwis (for each fillet)

  • olive oil to taste

Preparation

  1. In case the Salmon still have skin, we remove it. We also check that it is 100% thorn free. For the tartar, we cut the diced salmon or small cubes, and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. we chop onion in tacos and we add them. Same with kiwi. Peel and cut the kiwi in tacos. Add the chopped parsley to the bowl and stir well.
  3. In a different bowl, add the oil and lemon juiceand mix as well as possible. Then pour this mixture into the first bowl. Must remove carefully to prevent the ingredients from turning into an unappetizing paste.
  4. We will use a tartar mold, the mold for plating. We fill it up to a little more than half, and remove the mold. To serve we can decorate the dish and the recipe with a little more parsley, or cilantro.
